Salad Washing Machines

Two GEWA washing machines are integrated in this special salad processing line. With this innovative KRONEN GEWA 3800B PLUS washing line Fresh-cut salads, herbs and vegetables are washed thoroughly and carefully.

A long-term collaboration and a growth-oriented strategy joins KRONEN and Adam Theis: Reliability and quality of the high end KRONEN machines have convinced the company Adam Theis GmbH from the very beginning. Therefore, they made an early start in processing fruit, vegetables and salad with KRONEN machines, and they now continue production with the large salad processing line.

Adam Theis GmbH was founded in 1875, the family-owned company started the marketing of fresh vegetables at the Palatinate. Today, it is a partner of the catering industry in southern Germany with the whole range of fresh fruit, vegetables, salads, exotics, mushrooms and herbs. Local wholesalers, as well as large-scale consumers, canteens, hotels and restaurants are supplied with 40 trucks. 260 employees work seven days a week in the service of freshness.
