Preparation

In addition to workstations for cleaning and solutions for visually checking the quality of food, we also offer machines specially adapted to specific products. Peeling

Washing

Washing solutions for every requirement: We are experts when it comes to pre-washing, washing and wet disinfection of lettuce, vegetables, herbs, fruit and other foods and we therefore offer lettuce, vegetable and fruit washing machines for every capacity range. Our HELICAL spiral washing machines can be used universally and flexibly for a wide range of products. What’s more, we also offer a range of special machines.

Drying

The drying and dewatering systems are used to dry lettuce, herbs, vegetables and fruit. In addition, the machines can be used to shorten the draining times of canned or defrosted products. Other foods such as crab, caviar (substitute) or sesame seeds can also be dewatered.

Disinfection

Machines for wet or dry disinfection of food products and processing accessories: Hygiene is a top priority in food processing to ensure consumer safety and achieve the maximum possible shelf life.

Mixing

Raw vegetables, lettuce, herbs and fruit can be mixed gently, quickly and homogeneously with our machines. The K-Series can also mix meat ingredients for the production of sausages, hamburgers, pizza and other food products.

Conveying

The conveyor belts for the food industry can be ordered in variable designs: as ascending conveyors with any incline angle or as horizontal outfeed belts, with or without cleats and in various dimensions. We also offer solutions that take on additional functions.

Weighing

Be it recipe weighing belts, weighing platforms or crate weighing systems, we offer different variants for initially weighing and weighing out lettuce, vegetables, fruit and other foods.
