Production is becoming SMART: transparency for more efficiency

The SMART Machines or a SMART Factory transmit machine statuses to the KRONEN database in real time. Wherever production managers, technicians or foremen are located, they can check the production status of the machine or line on their laptop or mobile device at any time.

The collected data can be used to make production processes even more transparent and efficient, for example with regard to productivity, flexibility, quality and safety. The KRONEN SCADA system gives instructions to the SMART Machines. Predictive maintenance is therefore possible, and you can influence possible production downtimes.

Your benefits

The data are sent to the KRONEN database for analysis. You can access from any location and at any time via your PC or mobile device (Android and iOS). Alternatively, an in-house solution can be implemented.

The individual production steps along the entire value chain can be monitored and made even more efficient. Predictive maintenance aims to prevent future breakdowns and production downtime.

KRONEN SMART Solutions: process reliability

Being able to control of the knife and belt speeds and the blade grinding intervals helps you to guarantee continuously high product quality.

Production is optimized by tool recognition. Parameterization with the KRONEN SCADA system enables recipes or machine programs to be stored and communicated to the machines.

The data are stored on servers in Germany and the Netherlands in data centers certified in accordance with the security standard DIN ISO 27001 and in compliance with EU data protection law, thus ensuring the highest security standards.

Alternatively, the data are stored in our own data center on a local server or on the machine (on-premises).
