A new climate chamber for practice-based food research at the INP

The Leibniz Institute for Plasma Science and Technology e.V. (INP) has commissioned a state-of-the-art climate chamber equipped with the HEWA 2600 B washing machine. The system simulates realistic production conditions and enables targeted research to optimize washing procedures in food processing. Plans are in place to continue the long-standing cooperation between the INP and KRONEN in the future with the aim of working together to develop new solutions for the food industry.
