Pentz expands ready-cut production with new lettuce processing line

With a new production hall, Pentz GmbH & Co. KG is expanding its capacity for ready-to-use products. A new KRONEN processing line washes, dries and packs up to seven tonnes of leafy lettuce per day in individual portions. The integrated solution supports hygienic and flexible lettuce processing and was planned together with Pentz to meet the requirements of the new production facility.
