Service training in Thailand strengthens the partnership between Urschel and KRONEN

Practical training on KRONEN machines

The week-long training combined theory, practical service exercises, and training sessions focusing on using the machines. These elements provided the participants with a comprehensive insight into the use and maintenance of the KRONEN machines. 

In the practical sessions, the participants were able to experience a variety of machines for processing fruit, vegetables, and salad leaves, including the GS 10-2 belt cutting machine, the Tona S slicer, theKUJ-V cube cutting machine, the HEWA 3800 V washing machine, the KS-100 PLUS lettuce spin-dryer, and the AS 6 peeling machines andPL 40 K potato peeling machine.

A strong partnership for customer success

The training is part of the close cooperation between KRONEN and Urschel. As KRONEN’s sales partner for Asia, Urschel Asia Pacific has been acting as a local contact with its own branches and showrooms for customers in Indonesia, Singapore, China, India, Thailand, and the Philippines since the beginning of 2026.
