WHAT’S NEW: Peracetic acid disinfection – safe and sustainable hygienization for industrial washing

Thanks to the system’s precise sensor technology, the disinfectant concentration is monitored in real time and automatically adjusted, irrespective of the pH value, temperature, or organic contamination. In a recent scientific expert report, theEuropean Food Safety Authority (EFSA) underlined the fact that in the industrial washing of fresh produce – such as fruit, vegetables, and salad leaves – effective and controlled water disinfection is absolutely essential. Cross-contamination can only be reliably prevented with a combination of disinfection and continuous monitoring.
