Finally, the programme for the KRONEN International Online Customer Days scheduled for 04 to 07 October has been confirmed.

Efficient, gentle dewatering of fine-particle products such as caviar:

Products such as caviar or artificial caviar are stored and transported in brine, which must be separated from the product before further processing. This process places special demands on the dewatering process due to the small product size and sensitivity of the products. KRONEN has developed a vibration table with a tilt especially for this purpose, which gently separates the products from the brine by vibration and rinsing with fresh water.

From October 4 to 7 KRONEN will be demonstrating technology for processing salad, fruit, vegetables, meat, fish, vegan substitute products and baked goods - purely virtual, but still: live and in operation.

Higher capacity and improved product quality:

An apple processing line with a capacity of up to 3000 kg per hour at a fruit producer and sales company from Germany has been composed of perfectly coordinated machines from KRONEN and existing machines. In preparation, the KRONEN project team carried out an intensive coordination process with the company to ensure that product transfers between the machines are coordinated, technical compatibility is ensured and centralized system control is possible.

Efficient, safe and ergonomic chicory processing:

The CRC200 chicory root cutter was specially developed for the automated processing of chicory. With specific adaptations to the shape of the chicory, the CRC200 ensures efficient and clean removal of the roots, so that the good product and the roots can be discharged separately in one step and the chicory can be packaged directly.
