The KUJ-V combines a space-saving design with high flexibility. Thanks to its large selection of cutting tools, it can achieve an extremely wide range of cuts, from slices and strips right through to cubes. The machine can also produce particularly fine cuts such as brunoise (extremely fine cubes measuring 3 x 3 x 3 mm) or vegetable rice.
